Résumé: pros- very responsive owner. backyard with pool and cabana with tv. newer appliances, gas stove, great location near beaches and six flags, comfortable beds, easy check in, lots of family space- 2 living rooms one upstairs and one down with large screen tvs in both. outdoor seating for 6 on hightop table. owner has really taken the time to make sure the outside is an oasis. Plenty of dishes and pans. We ordered from shop rite the night before for 5pm pick up on check in day which made the check in much easier and we already had food. cons- the listing says laundry machine as an amenity but once there the room with the laundry was locked and owner said we could not use. had to reuse towels all week. had to hand wash some clothing since we did not bring a lot due to car space and after washing there was no where to hang so i just drapped over the chairs in the back. beachwood beach which is the one the owner usually gets passes for is YUCKY. brown water, slimey bottom and rocky up to the knees. no games for the family in the house -thank god we never had a rainy day. the room listed with 2 twin beds is actually a trundle bed. was ok for my two teen girls but not if you had kids that mind being that close. no baking pans 8x8 or 9x9 or 9x11. purchased a cake mix before checking and couldnt make it. i would definitely recommend this house.
